Where Our Villas Are
St. John is small, about 20 square miles, and much of it is protected as Virgin Islands National Park. Our villas sit in some of the island’s best-loved neighborhoods, each a short drive from Cruz Bay, where the ferry docks and the restaurants are.
Chocolate Hole. Calm southwest bays about five minutes from town, home to most of our beachfront villas.
Great Cruz Bay and Gift Hill. Hillside villas with pools and sunset views over the water, minutes from Cruz Bay.
Maria Bluff. A quiet bluff on the west side with sweeping Caribbean views, and home to our largest group estate.
Rendezvous Bay and Fish Bay. The quieter south side, for travelers who want space and stillness.
Peter Bay. North Shore living, close to Cinnamon Bay and Trunk Bay.

How do I get to St. John?
Fly into St. Thomas (STT), then take a short ferry to Cruz Bay. Our ferry guide has current schedules and fares.
Which villa is right for my group?
Couples do well in a 2-bedroom like Elysium or Maria Bluff Cottage. Most families fit a 3-bedroom that sleeps 6 to 8, and bigger groups can choose a 5-bedroom villa for 10 or Maria Bluff Estate for up to 14. Compare every villa side by side.
