Oasis Private Chef
As a graduate from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Chef Shaibu stands tall among his peers. Trained under the very eyes of several master chefs, his extensive experience includes working in country clubs, hotels, restaurants, large catering services, resorts, aviation catering and more. Originally a native of Ghana, he migrated to North America and was welcomed by the very best chefs that North America has to offer. Chef Shaibu prides himself on his knowledge of wines acquired during travels to Europe, Africa, and North America. Shaibu offers very healthy options, including vegetarian and vegan options.
St John Catering
This season at St. John Catering we’re excited to have full use now of the space at Lucky Chops, which was converted from a restaurant to a full time private event space in June. The new space is perfect for weddings, corporate events, birthday and anniversary celebrations, or any special occasion you may be celebrating on the island. By partnering with Lucky Chops, St. John Catering now has the perfect Cruz Bay location for your next event.
