The Space

At The Beach is a single-level, three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath retreat set right on calm Chocolate Hole Bay with direct beach access. The open-concept living area has vaulted ceilings, French doors, and a Smart TV, with an easy indoor-outdoor flow onto a spacious covered patio. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned king suites with en-suite baths and Smart TVs, and the primary suite has direct outdoor access, sleeping up to six guests. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are included for time on the water.

Location and Nearby Beaches

At The Beach is in Chocolate Hole, on the southwest side of St. John, about a five-minute drive from Cruz Bay. Cruz Bay is the island's main town and the arrival point for the ferry from St. Thomas, with restaurants, shops, and the Virgin Islands National Park visitor center. Chocolate Hole Bay at the villa's doorstep is calm and easy to swim from, and the North Shore's park beaches are a short drive up Route 20: Honeymoon Beach and Salomon Bay for easy swims, Trunk Bay for its marked underwater snorkeling trail, and Hawksnest, Cinnamon, and Maho Bays a little further along.
