The Space

Rendezvous Bay Villa is a six-bedroom, eight-bath luxury estate perched above Rendezvous Bay, laid out across four pavilions with a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. At roughly 10,000 square feet, it has room for up to twelve guests in six private suites, each with an en-suite bath, air conditioning, and a Smart TV. The Grand Room pairs two seating areas with a chef-grade gourmet kitchen, and an outdoor kitchen with a grill and oven opens to alfresco dining above the sea. Multiple decks, lush gardens, and a large pool with panoramic views wrap the estate.

Location and Nearby Beaches

The villa sits above Rendezvous Bay on the quieter south side of St. John. It is a short drive to Cruz Bay, the island's main town and the arrival point for the ferry from St. Thomas, with restaurants, shops, and the Virgin Islands National Park visitor center. From Cruz Bay the North Shore's beaches are an easy drive up Route 20: Honeymoon Beach and Salomon Bay for calm-water swims, Trunk Bay for its marked underwater snorkeling trail, and Hawksnest, Cinnamon, and Maho Bays a little further along.
