The Space

Pirates Villa is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath retreat set right on Chocolate Hole Bay, with beach access straight from the back porch. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area sits under high ceilings and looks out to the water, and all three bedrooms are en-suite: two king suites and one double-queen room, sleeping up to eight guests. Private balconies, smart TVs, and air conditioning in every bedroom round out the interior. Because the shoreline is just steps away, the villa is set up for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddleboarding right outside the door.

Location and Nearby Beaches

Pirates Villa is in Chocolate Hole, a quiet bay on the southwest side of St. John, about five minutes from Cruz Bay. Cruz Bay is the island's main town and the arrival point for the ferry from St. Thomas, with restaurants, shops, and the Virgin Islands National Park visitor center. The villa's own beach on Chocolate Hole Bay is calm and well suited to swimming and snorkeling, and the North Shore's better-known beaches are a short drive up Route 20: Honeymoon Beach and Salomon Bay for easy swims, Trunk Bay for its marked underwater snorkeling trail, and Hawksnest, Cinnamon, and Maho Bays a little further along.
