The Space

Pond Bay Paradise is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath beachfront townhouse steps from the calm water of Chocolate Hole Bay. The layout pairs a fully equipped kitchen with an open living area and beach-inspired interiors, and the ocean-view patio has a jetted hot tub, a BBQ, and comfortable seating. All three bedrooms are en-suite with private baths, air conditioning, and TVs, sleeping up to eight guests. Beach chairs, a cooler, and games are provided for guests to use.

Location and Nearby Beaches

Pond Bay Paradise is in Chocolate Hole, on the southwest side of St. John, a few minutes from Cruz Bay. Cruz Bay is the island's main town and the arrival point for the ferry from St. Thomas, with restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, plus the Virgin Islands National Park visitor center. Chocolate Hole Bay just outside is calm and easy to swim from, and the North Shore's national park beaches are a short drive up Route 20: Honeymoon Beach and Salomon Bay for easy swims, Trunk Bay for its marked underwater snorkeling trail, and Hawksnest, Cinnamon, and Maho Bays a little further along.
