The Space
Villa Kokoa is arranged as two structures joined by a breezeway, reached by a set of cascading stairs down from the gated driveway. On one side, the primary suite has a king bed and a private en-suite bath. On the other, the great room and gourmet kitchen open onto harbor and sunset views, with a large island seating four and a dining area that seats six. The lower level connects both structures around the pool, where two en-suite bedrooms, one king and one queen, share a private gated terrace, and a fourth en-suite queen bedroom sits beneath the primary suite. Every bedroom opens to its own outdoor seating area, and the pool deck adds an outdoor bar, lounge areas, covered terraces, and a gazebo with a large hammock. Air conditioning throughout, laundry, and a grill round out the comforts, and the gated driveway offers parking for two vehicles.
Location and Nearby Beaches
The villa sits in Estate Chocolate Hole, one of St. John's most convenient residential neighborhoods, positioned between Cruz Bay and Rendezvous Bay. Its west-facing orientation looks out across Chocolate Hole harbor and the Caribbean, which makes sunset a highlight of every evening. Cruz Bay's restaurants, shopping, markets, and ferry dock are only a short drive away, and the North Shore beaches, including Trunk Bay, Cinnamon Bay, and Maho Bay, are easily reached by vehicle. Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach tent, and coolers are provided at the villa.
