Mongoose Junction

Palm Plaza Shopping Center
Palm Plaza Shopping Center was purchased in November, 2013 with the plan to modernize the dated center and attract new tenants. After roughly one year of renovations and another six months needed to add a new lower level for rental storage spaces, they are proud to say, “We are open for business.” Cross Island Builders, a local member of the Cross Island Companies, has been leading the way to rejuvenate the building for the community retail market. Wharfside Landing
One of the most unique shopping experiences in the Virgin Islands is on St. John at Wharfside Village Shopping Center — not because of the shops inside or the always friendly service, but the view. The shopping center looks out on the water, and you can catch glimpses of the comings and goings of the boats as you pass between shops.
